The coolant prevents the engine from overheating. Make sure there are no leaks in the radiator, hoses or water pump.

Clean radiator fins.

Dust and debris clogging the radiator fins prevent proper cooling and overheat the engine. Use compressed air to blow out any dirt.

Check and tighten critical bolt connections.

Loose or missing bolts can lead to structural damage or component failure. Tighten bases, mounts, sprockets, etc. as needed.
